Monday Morning in the Big Brother 14 House

8:44am BBT - Fishies!!

Wakey, Wakey, houseguests!  It's time to get up and entertain us on the live feeds.  Look, I even made you smiley face coffee.

You've got a big day ahead of you!  Unless AG changed the schedule due to Willie's premature departure, you ought to be having the Power of Veto Ceremony today.

As the PoV winner, Shane will, of course, veto his own nomination.  But first, per a conversation with JoJo last night covered in great detail in the overnight report, he'll try to convince Frank to put up Wil as the Renom, instead of the expected Danielle.  So chop chop! Let's get the show on the road!

JoJo's up before the bell.  She heads out back for a wake up smoke while the rest of the house sleeps..  Talk to us, JoJo.  C'mon, honey.. You've seen the show.  At 8:04am,  JoJo heads back inside without a word and crawls back into bed.

Shane's crabby.  He's complaining to Jenn about Janie coming into the Have Not Room last night asking them to quiet down, and then laughing it up in the next room.

Jenn starts jogging the yard.  Shane compliments her commitment, first thing in the morning.  Inside, Frank sings an uplifting morning ditty, "Nobody needs nobody.  All I need is me and my dog, so f*ck all a ya'll."

Shane: What time was the PoV Ceremony last time?
Frank: Like 11?
Shane: I wanna talk to you before.. without Boogie.
Frank: OK.

Shane goes into the shower stall to change.  I really hope he has several pairs of those pink briefs.

Shane: Might as well dominate the bathroom while no one's up.
Frank: If you need a solo poopie, go on upstairs.  That's my favorite thing about having that room.

Frank heads outside.  Shane's soon to follow. Jenn's still working out.

Frank: USA! USA!  Olympics is startin' soon everybody.  But don't watch that sh*t.  Watch us.  You can watch that when we're not on.
Shane: It was giggle town in the boom boom room last night.  They just couldn't stop laughin'.

Shane picks up someone's smokes.

Shane: I always wanted to try one.
Frank: If you ever do, make sure it's with a brewski.
Shane: Are you bummed you don't get to play HoH next week?
Frank: Yeah.. That's the one downside.
Shane: And that's a lot of pressure on me.

Talk turns to different types of comps and how anyone can win.

Shane: That's why the game always changes.
Frank: It's a crazy game.
Shane; Insane.  One minute you're headed out the door, and then next you're HoH.
Frank: Even if you don't win HoH, you're obviously knockin' the PoVs out the park.
Shane: I can't count on that.
Frank: Let's say you get put up and Danielle or JoJo gets put up.. and I'm competing in PoV, and i'm in a spot to toss it to you?  I gotta have people in this house that I can count on to win comps.
Shane: Yeah.. You have to play this game in steps.. You can look as far ahead as like final 6.. It's tough.  I got an idea that could be a complete game changer.
Frank: What is it?
Shane: I was tossin and turnin' for 3 hours..  It would be the biggest move..  I know you and Janelle are workn together, and I know Danielle is the obvious one to put up, but what I regret is not using the PoV on you..  Who do you think, minus me, is your biggest physical threat?
Frank: Wil.
Shane: You have an opportunity to backdoor him this week..

9:14am Boogie comes out.

Frank: Can you give us just a minute?

Boogie walks away.

Frank: If I go against my alliance at the wrong time, I just wash all those votes out the door.
Shane: If it were to happen, JoJo would remain on the block, and I think we'd have the votes to keep her.  You'd have a stronger team..  It gives me, JoJo and Danielle a better chance to win HoH.  JoJo would absolutely have your back.  It's a game changer and a big risk.. If you're on the block from now on, and I win PoV, you're coming off.. 100%.
Frank: I thought about the same thing.. before noms happened.
Shane: It's a risk.
Frank: And I gotta keep a little bit of my integrity.. They got the votes to save me last week.
Shane: Just throwin a situation out there...
Frank: Absolutely..  I think we're gonna have to do it, but I think it's a little too soon.

It's a swing and a miss..

Shane: I just want to play this game as an individual now.  I don't want to take advice from the coaches..
Frank: Boogie's a good guy, but he wants to keep all 3 of his players in the house, and at some point, that's gonna have to change.

While Frank and Shane continue their conversation, we check out the exiled Boogie's point of view from the hammock.

Shane and Frank talk numbers.. then..

Shane: I appreciate you givin' me a chance to fight for my life.  You've definitely got my loyalty.  Like I said, if you're ever on the block and I win PoV, you're coming off. 

Final 2 words are exchanged.

Shane: If I win HoH, I'm not gonna put Ian or Ashley up.  He's such a nice guy.  He said, If you win HoH, please don't put Ashley up.
Frank: He actually said that? He's got it bad.
Shane: Yeah.  It is what it is.  He's a 21 year old virgin.  Imagine back in the day what you would've done...  Again, I hate to put you in the position to renominate someone..
Frank: No no no.. Don't you worry bout that.
Shane: We can work together.. I'm glad I got that off my chest.  I just wanted to give you options and see where we can go.
Frank: Absolutely.

Time check - 9:30am
Shane sprawls out on the lawn. Boogie joins Frank on the couch.  JoJo comes outside and joins the boys on the couch. Jenn's just finished working out. 

We check inside and see Wil has just woken up.  Janelle joins the living, and makes her way into the kitchen.

When the HoH speaks, JoJo and Wil listen.. Rapt attention to a story about the HoH fishtank making noise.

Following Joe and a very sleepy Danielle from the storage room through the living room, we get a heads up on the PoV Ceremony...

Danielle: Do you know how much longer we have til this thing starts?
Joe: They said 45 minutes.

Get ready for speed primping. ;0)

9:45am  While some of the women primp, Frank talks about getting fit and tan "for his girl Jules" on Thursday.

Checking on the bathroom, Shane walks out in a towel. Alas.. missed opportunities are the hardest to bear.

Frank and Boogie

Frank tells Boogie the idea Shane floated.  Boogie says it's the dumbest idea ever, and Shane has no idea how to play this game. Meanwhile on 3/4, PoV Ceremony Primping continues..

Frank: He also said if I'm ever up and he wins PoV, he'll use it on me.  And he thinks Danielle will keep me safe too.
Boogie: That's great.  It also says he doesn't suspect we're already working with Danielle.  By the way, when you refer to it in the DR, that's what I named it - the Eight is Enough Alliance.  My 3, Janelle's 3, him and her.

Frank is tooting up a storm.  All morning. Boogie talks about maybe dumping a coach comp to Britney, depending upon the stakes. He's certain Julie will reveal any new twists with that on Thursday.

Joe comes outside for a smoke, and Frank tells his vibrating hoh fishtank story again.  It's his go-to today.

Joe: Veto Meeting.
Boogie: Most anti-climatic event of the week.

Janelle comes out, and is greeted nicely by Boogie and Frank.  All made up, Janie grabs a couple of weights and starts lifting..

• Dan, JoJo and Danielle are in the bathroom getting ready.
• Joe, Britney and Boogie are on the couch out back.
• Frank has gone upstairs to use the restroom.
• Shane's polishing his sneakers and oiling up his legs...

The HGs are all filing outside like good little soldiers once they've deemed themselves pretty enough for camera, but BB has yet to call the lockdown for the PoV Ceremony.

Shane gives Danielle a hand adjusting her mic pack..

JoJo: They're gonna call you to the DR, right?  Then we all have to go outside?
Shane: I think so.
Carolyn: yup.

Joe's regaling the backyard crew with stories about his daughter.  It leads to general parenting tips, mostly regarding sex.  Ashley claims an epiphany.  Britney adds that when women have sex, a hormone is released that causes them to feel attachment.

Danielle's having a bite of cereal before she takes the hot seat.

BB: JoJo, please come to the Diary Room.

Dan shares that his wife waited for marriage.. and that he hadn't exactly been around the block either.

Britney: My husband and I were each other's firsts too..
Ashley: I wish I could take mine back, so I could experience that with someone.

Chatter about pre-marital sex..

Joe: I've always said, too, that if you've made out with a person, you know how they're gonna be.  If that's not workin' for ya, the rest isn't gonna work either.
BB: Ian, please go to the Diary Room.

Conversation is the backyard has moved on to bills  - mostly cel - and how they're managing all that while they're in the house.

10:45am BBT - Trivia!! Time for the PoV Ceremony!  We'll have the PoV Spoiler and Aftermath in a new top post as soon as the feeds come back! :0)  Frankly, it would be a shock for anyone but Danielle to be the ReNom.
