The Overnight Report

Good morning, BB Lovers!  Happy Wednesday!  Janelle's got 1 final day to flip this house.. Can she do it?  Does she have a prayer?  It's not looking good for her, but no matter whose side you're on, you have to admit it would be very exciting and the coup of the season thus far if she did..

I asked twitter what they thought about Danielle's renom choice last night, and by an 8 to 1 margin, the @BigBrotherDish twitter followers thought it would have actually been a smarter game move to put Boogie up as the Renom.   I agree.

Here's my 2 cents.. It's not about liking one more than the other.. It's about eliminating larger threats.  Who is the bigger threat this week?  Janelle, who has 1 somewhat devoted ally, is disliked by the vast majority of the house and wasn't coming after Dan, Danielle, Shane or Brit? Or Boogie, and by extension Frank, who controls and manipulates everyone he comes into contact with and most definitely wants to take out Danielle, Dan, Shane and Brit?  I believe Danielle and Britney set themselves up for ultimate failure with this one.. Boogie and Frank want another Brigade, and the ladies aren't invited.  Shame for them... Shame on them... They've been outplayed.

Following a mini-showmance-meltdown on the Shane-Danielle front that started around 12:30am, we rejoin our not so star crossed duo as they've been interrupted at the beginning of a massage by Dan..

1:30am

Dan: How come Boogie was lookin' at your pictures earlier?
Danielle: He took a sincere interest.. He's bein' really sweet.   (pause as Dan looks at her with a raised eyebrow) I'm not fallin' for it, Dan.
**Dan's done this a couple times now. Forced her to realize that Boogie's attention is only game.

Dan: Why does that picture look so familiar?
Danielle: I don't know..
Dan: I've never seen you on anything on CMP or countrybumpkins.net.. You wouldn't be keeping anything from your alliance. Will you just tell us?  Oh I know what it is.. What county are you from?
Danielle: Marshall..
Dan: Miss Marshall County..
Shane: She did the kissing booth.. haha
Danielle: gimme a little more credit.

Dan: Were you ever on like an Alabama football thing?
Danielle: Maybe.
Dan: Like in their gallery pictures or something.
Danielle: Maybe..

Danielle: (smiling whispering about Dan breaking in on them)
Shane: It's just a massage.. No big deal
Danielle: (whispers)
Shane: I said tonight I was gonna get to bed early.. Not so much.

Shane bounces hard on the bed..

Danielle: Not funny.
Shane: What's directly downstairs from us?  The Arcade..

Shane makes noises with his face and giggles.

Danielle: Don't do that. You know I hate it.  Not funny. Not cool.
Shane: Yes it is cool.

Dan: So what do you guys do when you're alone up here? Do you want me to leave?
Shane: You're totally fine.  I lost a side-bet, so I owe her a friendly massage.  I ws thinking cook dinner, but she wanted a massage and sexual touching and kissing..

Danielle denies. Shane confirms. Dan teases.

Danielle: Oh my gosh, Dan!  You've gotta quit with the makeout stuff.
Dan: Watch when I go back and watch episode 8-12, you guys are up here makin' out.. It's gonna be out there.  You guys have already kissed.
Shane: Because of you!
Danielle: Well if you didn't wanna kiss me, you didn't have to.
Shane: He was like, maybe she'll stay up there longer..
Danielle: Did you really say that?!

after prodding and teasing..

Dan: No, I didn't say that.

Shane: We might have to have a fake fight comin' up here soon..
Danielle: You can have one with yourself.

Danielle accuses Shane of being jealous whenever she talks to Frank or even Wil..

Shane: I could care less how much Frank flirts with you.. That's just less I have to..

He rolls over on her.

Danielle: Get off of me.

Dan mentions they need to start studying every other night with Ian.. Shane's shocked to learn that days are important.  Dan rapid fires off some day based questions, then..

Dan: Who was the 1st person evicted?
Danielle: Jodi.
**I think this'll be a trick question at some point, and I'm betting Dan does too, but he doesn't correct her. 

Danielle: Who's the only HoH who will not host a Have Not or Coaches Comp?  Me.
Dan: You're pretty bitter about that, huh?
Danielle: I wanted to host.
Shane: Frank must be pissed.. He could've walked away with 5 grand and PoV this week.. and still been safe... and not have to wear that outfit.

Janelle: QnA HoH is my specialty.. Endurance, not so much.. Skilled PoVs, not so much.. I'd love to win HoH if I stay.. I'd realyl love to make these people..
Joe: Jump through some hoops..
Janelle: Sometimes, secretly tho, in the back of my head, I think I am leaving..
Joe: You wouldn't be human if you didn't think that.
Janelle: Here's the thing, Joe.  I've never survived the block in AllStars.. Cuz I was never on it.. I'd gotten myself off.  In season 6, I survived it, but I knew I wasn't going home..

Joe: You'll know tomorrow.. If Wil's lyin..
Janelle: If Wil's lying, they're all lying.
Joe: Exactly.  And my gut still says that Wil is lying..
Janelle: What does you gut say as far as THursday?  Do you think I'm leaving?
Joe: It depends on what I hear tomorrow..
Janelle: Britney told me she's voting for me no matter what..

They count her pretend votes..

Janelle: Britney would vote for me, no matter what, unless she's lying to me, and I do believe her..  I spoke to Shane, and he said as long as Britney's voting for me to stay, he will.. I talked to Dan, and he said as long as Danielle..  You would think Frank's a much bigger target than me..
Joe: You would think..
Janelle: If you were not in an alliance with anyone, and you were looking at the 2 of us in terms of competition, who is the bigger threat.. In comps he is.. and his social game is amazing..

Joe's gone inside for a couple minutes.  Janelle talks to us..

Janelle: I wish Rachel were in the house.. and Jeff too.. I mean, if they were gonna have me back, just put me in an AllStars.

Feeds  flip to HoH.. Dan tells them goodnight and to keep it PG rated.. Shane says he'll be down in 10 minutes.

Danielle: Why do you egg him on like that?  Do you see why I need you to be nice to me sometimes?
Shane: I'm sorry.. We're like the same person. OK.. well, let's get that lotion off you.
Danielle: Dan is sneaky.
Shane: Lay down.  Shirt off.

Massage time..  And Skippy really wants us to see it.  No options..

Shane has eyes for the spy screen..

Janelle:  I think Danielle's insecure.. Whenever I give her a compliment, she takes it the wrong way.. Like if I say, "You look pretty today," she'll say " I don't look pretty every day?"
Joe: That could be the whole reason.. She's jealous of you.
Janelle: That would be stupid.. I asked her last night why she put me up, and she said You stopped hanging out with me so much, and sometimes you stare at me."  There's just certain things she's insecure about.  I hope she grows up and feels more confident in herself.. cuz it's not gonna get her anywhere if she doesn't.  I wish she wasn't so insecure and childish.. But she does have a sweet side to her too.. then all of a sudden, she'll say like the most offhanded weird comments..
Joe: Then all of a sudden her cockiness comes out.. Like tonight when we were playing poker..  I don't get that.
Janelle: Yeah.. I don't either.  I hope she's not putting me out here because of jealousy.  That would be horrible.  Dan did mention to me that he thought is was a girl thing.  He's like, Keesha did get rid of Angie.  I hope it's not.  but..  she just gets weird with me.. Like she doesn't want me around.
Joe: I don't know..

Shane finishes up the massage, pecks Danielle on the neck and cheek and says goodnight.. Shane leaves and Danielle does her nightly ritual of checking herself out posing in the mirrors..

Joe: It could be a really fun week next week, if you stay..
Janelle: As the time goes on, I think I'm going.. They're paranoid and think I'm a huge threat and this is their chance to backdoor me.. You don't think it's jealousy, do you?
Joe: Only on Danielle's part.  I can't imagine Shane wanting Frank in here after he's come after him.. Shane's put him up..
Janelle: What if they're all lying..
Joe: Then there's nothing I can do about it.
Janelle: In AllStars, James Rhine would complain that they were rigging comps for me..

Shane comes outside.

Janelle: Hey Shane... What's up?
Shane: I can't sleep..

He tells them no one else is up.. Janelle invites him to join them, and he says he will after he shoots some hoops..

Janelle: Yeah, so they all complained it was rigged for me, which it wasn't.. Last year they all complained it was rigged for Jeff. What Ever.. I can totally relate to him. I remember people complained about that last season with Jeff, and I was like, Puh-lease! Get over it.  It's a game show.

They wonder if it's classified as a Drama, a game show or a reality show.. and they pull Shane in for his opinion.. Talk turns to the Bachelor.. Janelle says Roberto from Allie's season is going to be the new Bachelor..  Shane got really close to being on the Bachelorette during Allie's season.. Janelle says she's really into the show..

Janelle: Why can't you sleep, Shane?
Shane: I probably have a sugar high.. What about you guys..
Janelle: Well, I'm on the block..

And then it just gets mean..

Shane: I did talk to Dan.. Right now, I'm pretty confident that Dan and I both voting for you to stay.

Janelle: Really??  You're keeping me??? I wanna run over and kiss you!  How does Danielle feel about that?
Shane: She's still.. The only game I've talked today is with Dan, Danielle and Britney.. and Britney's obviously voting to keep you.. So I don't wanna vote against the house..

Janelle brings up Frank coming after Shane.. and how much more sense it makes to keep her in the game, since she's not coming after him.

Joe: The whole Wil issue?  I don't trust the guy.  He tried to bury me.. get me traded to another team..

Shane: I've heard from numerous people that he's coming after me, and I've heard from numerous people that him and Frank are working together.. How do you figure out the truth in this house?
Janelle: When the power shifts.. When someone gets Hoh, you can tell..
Shane: Like I told you today, Danielle based her decision on something someone told her, rather than coming to you.  It sucks that she did that..
Janelle: I hope she doesn't continue to do that in this game..  Did I tell you guys my dream?  Ashley, Joe, Shane, Danielle.. 
Shane: Where were you?
Janelle: I was either watching it from Jury or my house, cuz I was watching it on a flat screen. This is gonna sound crazy, but I did have some premonitions during allstars that came true.. I saw myself in f3.

Shane: So Wil told you 100%?
Janelle: He swore on his dog's life..
Shane: That's gotta mean something.. More than a pack of cigarettes...
ALL: Laugh

2:45am Playtime takes over as Shane and Joe throw the ball around..  Janelle watches from the sidelines.

Joe: I used to play baseball.. lettered all 4 years, but that was back in 1990..  We went to the sweet 16 one year.
Shane: Nice!

Janelle gets back in the conversation, asking Shane what his favorite basketball team is..  Where he lives, it's gotta be Boston.

Shane: What about you?  DO you like the Timberwolves?
Janelle: No.. No offense to anyone, but I'm a huge Miami Heat fan.
Shane: That's disgusting.
Joe: I'm sorry, honey, but anything Miami..
**bite me. we won. ;-p suck it. Go Heat!

2:56am - Playtime continues.. and Janie goes to stick her feet in the hot tub.

Janelle: I'm gonna sleep well tonight.  I don't get as much sleep in here as I used to.. I used to get like 14 hours.. In AllStars they let us sleep in. Why do we have so much energy at 2 in the morning?
Shane: It's 3.  You know who's gonna sleep in tomorrow.
Joe: That's fine.. On Wacky Wednesday, I'm ok with sleeping in.
**Now if only I could convince Boogie and Frank to do the same... 
Janelle: I remember when I got done with AllStars, I was so sick of being told what to do and what time to wake up, I was like, I've had it!
**lol.. and this is with 14 hours of sleep. ;)


Shane: It's so quiet with just the 3 of us up..
Janelle: I like it.  This is how it was with me, Kaysar and Howie.. I miss them.

Shane: We're gonna wake up tomorrow at noon, and Joe's still gonna be tryin' to hit that shot.. Who are you sharing a room with, Brit?
Janelle: I share a bed with Brit, but Frank's in the next bed.. and he farts all night.. and there's a fan in the room.. and it blows it in my face.. it reeks in there.
Guys: (Laugh)

Joe finally makes the shot.. Janelle talks about Have Nots next week, and how hard she'll play, because she doesn't think she can handle the beds.. as she has scoliosis..

Janelle: If you guys lose the ball, they wont give it back.
Shane: Really?  That's not nice.

Janelle: I think I'm gettin' tired, guys..

Janelle towels off her feet and walks to the sliding glass door..

Shane: Goin' night night?
Janelle: I'm gonna take off my makeup, then I'll come back out here.
Shane: That's right.. I forget girls have to do that..

Playtime continues another 2 minutes.. before they happily wrap it up...

Shane: We'll talk tomorrow.  Hopefully nothin' changes..
Joe: That's right.  Wacky Wednesday.

3:10am Shane heads inside and directly to bed without a pitstop.. Janie"s in the bathroom.. Joe's still out back.. He dunks his feet in the pool for a moment, then walks over to the couches and has a swig of something before heading inside to join Janelle in the bathroom and have a wee and a little chat..

Janelle: Well, that's good that he and Dan are voting to keep me.
Joe: Yeah.. ANd he said he'd keep me posted if anything changes..
Janelle: Do you think anything will change?
Joe: Not if you play your cards right..  No major stirs tomorrow.. Just keep quiet..
**ugh.  And this is why they're stringing her along.. Hoping for a nice peaceful unsuspected exit..
Janelle: Oh man.. I gotta win HoH if I stay..
Joe: You, me or Ashley.  I'm in it to win.. We gotta keep you off the block.
Janelle: I keep telling Shane I'm not gonna come after him for a long time.
Joe: By far he deserves the competitive side so far.. If I had to vote today..

Janelle: Yah, Frank's been awfully nice to me.
Joe: Because he thinks he's got it.
Janelle: Are they lying to him?
Joe: I think when you went up, they were gunning for you, but I think Shane, Dan and Britney helped..
Janelle: You think Danielle wanted me out..
Joe: Yeah.. and Wil too.. I'm telling you that's exactly what it is.
Janelle: That girl is crazy.
Joe: Me you and Ash may have to stick with Shane and Brit.. Then we still have 4..
**so completely clueless
Janelle: I just need to win HoH.. I'm just scared if Snoogie wins it.. I'd be on the block with Shane..

Joe: Ya think?  You mean, if Boogie wins it, you'll be on the block with Shane.
Janelle: He just doens't like me in this game.  I don't know why.  I voted for him to win.
Joe: Maybe it'll be basketball, and me or Shane can win..

Janelle: I'm gonna win it , Joe.
Joe: I would like that, immensely.  I better go kiss her ass again.. I don't believe it had to happen right then.. They been talkin' days before that.
Janelle: Yeah, cuz Dan was telling me basically, go hang out with Danielle.. cuz he wants me to stay.. He doesn't want Frank around to take him out.  She's just gonna come after me again.
Joe: You can compete with the men in here, so screw that.
Janelle: I just don't wanna think about why she put me up.  It's so stupid.. It's so dumbv.. I was so nice to that girl..
Joe: It's the whole jealousy factor..
Janelle: How could she be jealous of me?  I'm 32.. I'm married.. I have a baby..
Joe: She's DYIN to find Mr Right.. She wants that so badly..
Janelle: I cannot believe that she frikkin' believe Wil.. if he did that.  If he truly did that, he's despicable.

Joe: If there's one thing I am, it's intuitive.. This is the hardest thing I've done.
Janelle: What about Frank?  You wanted to keep him.
Joe: This is the opposite of the normal world.. What I'm coming to find, you can't judge character in one week.. You can't judge character in 4 weeks.  But there's a few I'm totally confident about and Shane's got good chartacter..
Janelle: I know.  I feel terrible about putting him on Have Nots for so long..
Joe: You didn't know.  All you knew was he was a monster with comps.
Janelle: But he's really nice.. He's like the whole package..  He is nice and cool..
Joe: But Frank's not.  "I like girls young and dumb."
Janelle: So gross.  And he doesn't understand my old life either.. I would eat men like him up and spit them out. He has no couth.. How can he stand next to me and fart?  What does his grandma think of that?

He walks to the bathroom with his hands over his rather impressive bits, so as not to scare the children.
