Elissa: Howard and Spencer.
Amanda: You don't have to get personal about it. Like, they told Judd I talk shit about him all the time.. Such liars.
Elissa: We're playing Big Brother. You guys all know I'm the best game player here. Kidding. We have to win HoH next week. We have to.
Amanda: Is Candice being weird to you?
Elissa: No. Is she being rude to you?
Amanda: Not rude, but she has some kind of vendetta about me.. Helen told me that they basically threatened you too.. She said they said that if you were aligned with us, then they were coming after you too.
Elissa: They can say whatever they want.
Amanda: I feel like, I'm leaning more and more.. and honestly, I've been loyal to the same people since the first week.
Elissa: Me too.
Andy: Me too. And those are the people I'll stay loyal to.
Amanda: Same.
Elissa: I can't believe she's taking up for him soo much.
Amanda: Doesn't she know he has 2 women at home?
Elissa: And it's really pissing me off that he's using religion as part of his strategy. It's part of my life. Not my game. I really, honestly don't care what anyone thinks about it. I do a bible study every day. I've been doing it for years. I'm not a preacher. It's just something I need for my life.
Andy tries to quiet Elissa because she's getting too loud.. and Elissa takes it completely the wrong way, thinking he and McCrae are laughing at her. Andy tries to explain and quash it. Elissa can't hear it above her offense.
Amanda: They weren't laughing at you, they were laughing at how loud we were talking.
Elissa leaves.
Andy: omg.. that did not go well.
Andy and McCrae go to find Elissa and apologize some more for her misunderstanding.

Elissa: I don't want to talk to either of you right now.
Mc: We were not laughing at you.
Andy: Please let me explain to you. You were talking about Howard really loudly.. and Ginamarie was right there.. and he's in a secret alliance with her.;..
Andy and McCrae are apologizing as fast as they can..
Jessie comes in..
Jessie: Go talk in Have Not or HoH or something. Everyone can hear you.
Elissa: Don't flatter yourself. Trust me. I wasn't trying to impress you.
McCrae: We just have to try to play it really cool right now, so we can blindside them. I would never laugh at you like that. Give me more credit.
Elissa: it's not something I take lightly. My religion and my morality is up here, and this game is down here. I would never compromise my religious beliefs for this. I want to make it very clear that I do not condone that behavior, and I find it disgusting.
Andy/McCrae: Our behavior?
Elissa: No. Using religion.. I respect every religion.
McCrae: And we respect you and your religion and we would never laugh at you about it.
3:28pm -- BB: Houseguests, this is a lockdown.. Please come inside and close the sliding glass door.
Judd comes into the conversation..
McCrae; We respect you and would never want to hurt you. I just don't want you to think we were trying to poke fun at you.
Elissa: It's just something that's number one in my life.. My family, my faith.. I saw his face, and then I saw you laughing..
Andy: My face was a discreet attempt at letting you know you were getting loud and they were close enough to hear. (paraphrasing)
3:32pm -- Fishies.. I wonder if BB is telling them this lockdown will be a LONG one.. as in, "We've got an Endurance Comp to build out here." :0)
3:48pm - TRIVIA! hmmmm... Tech Rehearsal?? Or something else?
3:50pm - Something else like.. Skippy hit the wrong button..
After 2 minutes of Trivia, the HGs are up in HoH for Lockdown... I'm only guessing, but I believe this HoH lockdown is for a tech rehearsal downstairs..

4:14pm HoH Lockdown continues.. Most of the HGs are happily chatting away. Elissa, Jessie and Candice are snuggled in bed. Candice may well be asleep.

Elissa goes to join Amanda in the HoH Shower Stall.. She is still wildly offended by her misunderstanding of Andy's shushing her earlier. Amanda explains that "they were just trying to quiet us so Ginamarie wouldn't hear and go running to Howard".. Elissa doesn't buy it. She can't hear reason. At. All.
Elissa: That was just offensive and rude. I'm gonna go talk to production about going home. I should not have to be subjected to.. We're on a show for 3 months. Can you not make defamatory remarks about people's religion, race.. I'm going to tell people when I get out of here how horrible these people are. It's just disgraceful. I'm gonna go ask them. I'm gonna go talk to them after this. Of the show thinks that's funny, that's pathetic. I don't want him to apologize. It's rude and it shouldn't have come out of his mouth.
Amanda: I'm sorry your feelings were hurt.

4:46pm HoH Lockdown is Over! The HGs come down the stairs, and there are 5 new duckies in the house..
Helen: There are 5. Roscoe had babies while we were up in HoH.

Everyone's gonna keep pretending we're voting you out. Kaitlin thinks she's safe. I love Candice, but she's a hot-head, and she doesn't want Howard going up. Candice, Howard and Spencer cannot know. Wild theory, but maybe not so impossible.
I thought from the start Amanda was a BB actor brought in as a character playing a role.
Her immediate jump to a guy she would not ordinarily talk to is one clue.
She is very polished and readily admits now she is an actress and has worked on a reality show production.
We know for at least the past few season that BB production pushes the script, at least to the point of trying to protect individuals that help ratings, and who can blame them?
If I am correct Amanda will not win but will be kept in long enough to steer the game in the direction AGP likes.
I've always been a huge fan of reality TV but we now know very few reality TV shows are actually real. I suspect Survivor and most of the Amazing Race are the real deal.

Is it just me or is GinaMarie wasted space in the house this season? Did she really just come on to mope about a guy she only met 3-4 weeks ago? OMG if I have to hear Nick's name come out of her mouth one more time I think I will vomit.
Is anyone else not able to get into this season? I can't really say that I have a favorite. I do like Amanda, but I don't like when she gets pushy.
JMO but I feel this is the worst season of BB players yet.

Grendon- re: Judd on morning report. I couldn't agree more with you. I've liked Judd since the beginning. I think he plays an excellent game. He fools a lot of people and no one really realizes how smart he is. I was worried when he won HOH he was going to end up with a target on his back. Now, I feel like he's done a great job this week. Not to mention that the only person who has ever seriously mentioned targeting him (GM) is appearing to sit nicely in his back pocket. Yay! Go Judd! On a side now, I know GM is not much of a threat . However, given the right competition I feel she has the determination to win an hoh which might I add could be a huge disaster)
I liked Amanda up unroll Helen's hoh . Recently my feelings about her have been more negative than positive. She's playing to hard and doesn't know when to back off. I like mcrae and would be very interested to see him play without Amanda.
With the exception of the control issues, I like Howard as a person.... i feel he has no idea how to play this game. He dug himself into a hole last week and this week seems to only be sinking deeper.

And I too, am worried about your poor noggin! It's taken some hard jolts this season because of GM. Should you be wearing a helmet while she is still in there?!?!?!? :D

I don't know who will kill the alliance first-Helen with her mouth or Elissa with her split personality.
I thought Helen watched this game and understood that you can't tell every person in the house what's going on. Contrary to what Helen would like to believe, the 'house' does not make an alliance. The 'house' is just a group of people who happen to be living together.
And Elissa...Rachel played this game twice. Didn't she get any advice? Scratch that-she actually is playing exactly like Rachel. Mood swings, cattiness, not being able to keep her mouth shut. I hope Elissa keeps in mind that this is her first attempt at the game. Rachel didn't win the first time. She didn't even make jury.

I took a bit of afternoon off thinking this was Wednesday and I might need to stay up late to watch the last minute plans. I also thought there would be a show viewing party tonight. I've been off a day for weeks now and I have no idea when I am going to let a day pass so the rest of the world catches up to mine.
Oh Carolyn. Thank you so much for the screencap this morning of Judd in bed and showing right nipple. It's those little bits here and there that it takes to make a whole Judd. Before the season is over I hope to complete both the back and front puzzles.

I would love to see Elissa leave for two reasons:
1. She's annoying as heck and has zero game play. I really wanted to get behind her, but I just can't.
2. It would be great to see those who constantly whine about Elissa's favoritism..lose their excuses. Without having her to complain about, Aaryn, Kaitlin and GM may actually have to step up. Although I think it's more likely that Aaryn will just find another way to victimize herself.

What the heck is going on. Why are they all in HOH? Is this Thursday? I'm confused.
Up in HoH for a lockdown? That seems a bit strange. I know they do lockdowns when some work needs to be done in the house... things such a light changing or adjusting direction, or something else breaks, but wouldn't this normally be an outside lockdown.
Oh well. I don't think they would do an lockout of the BY until at least tonight. If this is an Endurance comp, I know the carpenters need time to build the sets and then it has to be painted and decorated and all the mechanicals have to be tested but can't imagine it this early.

Is Elissa aware this is BB and the only book they get in the house is the Bible. Even if they are offensive with swearing on it, it's part of the game, many hg's have used it to try to further their game.
Ok at first I was totally team Elissa but seriously. She is on Big Brother. People are going to say and do stuff that ticks you off. GET A GRIP LADY. At this point I am totally down with her going home. I hope she self evicts. I can't stand people who go on these reality shows and then whine about wanting to go home. There are hundreds of thousands of people who would love to be in her shoes right now. Not really team Elissa now.

OMG-Let Elissa self evict if she wants to. They can't count on the MVP twist anymore. They would still have the numbers. It would be easier to only have one loose cannon to control. I think Elissa damages them way more than she helps them. It's one less person to compete on their side for HOH but under the circumstances I think that is a good thing. If it is endurance Elissa has a good chance to win and frankly I don't think she can be trusted to not go batsh*t crazy.
Just wondering if Elissa was just pushed though, only because of her relation to Rachel. Could she pass a psych test?? She should self evict.

I agree completely. That girl is delusional when it comes to admitting her own flaws and on top of that, she is all kinds of crazy.
Yea, Elissa is acting crazy but I heard her say last night that she had "cramps"...is this the reason for her emotions? I think so and I'm willing to cut her some slack...been there, done that..Elissa, like her sister has had to play with so many obstacles from the moment she entered the house I think she's entitled to at least one meltdown...:)

I like Elissa and then I don't like Elissa. But I understand PMS so won't hold today against her. But to think that Andy and McCrae come from a place of ridiculing her is being hyper sensitive.

Elissa is either going stir crazy in the house or she really had a short term contract with AGP and will self evict. Andy and McC have been a couple of her biggest supporters after Helen and she goes bananas because she thinks they were laughing at her religion? Now she wants to talk to Production because they made fun of her.
I wonder if America will be MVP again this week and put her up again (or was it rigged by AGP) and she will absolutely self evict due to the big slight.
She does remind me of Rachel with her mood swings. When she is on top, she is smiles ear to ear. When she is nominated by America, she is lower than whale crap in the bottom of the Mariana Trench. She just does not have a Brendan to bring stability.
BTW, I am tired of listening to GM complain about being on the block and not getting to play for the PoV. Is she so far out there that she doesn't realize the replacement nominee NEVER gets to play for the PoV?
Elissa has definitely lost her mind...but really it was only a matter of time. My only concern with her self evicting is how it will affect the three noms. If all three get to stay because she left that would suck big time for Judd's HOH...and I really want to see Aaryn gone.
I still and big on Amanda...she needs to be a little more to herself with her thoughts about who needs to go...but other than that I think she is a good player...hopefully she can win an HOH so that she can show that she can make the big moves.
Amanda and Mccrae are my faves thus far...hopefully their showmance does not screw them.

Hello Dishers! It seems like every time I think I'm caught up on the happenings in the house, everything flips upside down and I'm more confused than ever! The HG certainly have a knack for keeping a person in a permanent state of WTF?? this season.
I haven't had much time to comment so far, catching up seems to take up the majority of the time I'm able to be here, so I first want to say thank you Carolyn for feeding my addiction. The time and effort alone that you put into the Dish are immeasurable, then add in your sparkling personality, awesome sense of humor, and willingness to endure what you must go through physically and mentally, and well, I have to say you are one amazing human being!! Thank you!!
*Grendon - To save myself a lot of typing, I'm just going to ask...can you read my mind?? Are we sharing a brain or something?? Because every time I read one of your posts, I find myself saying "Exactly!" I was going to try and take some time and share my thoughts on all the HGs, but with severe carpal tunnel in both hands, it wasn't something those hands were looking forward to, so instead I'll just say "Yeah, what she said" to anything you've said lol My hands thank you eternally!
*Gaytor - I think I saw you reference watching "Days" in an earlier post. By chance, were you talking about Days of Our Lives? I'm an avid watcher, have been for 20+ yrs. I don't know too many people who watch anymore, so I was just curious.
I took a break for a bit, everyone was eating or whatever, I come back and something is going on. Elissa has flipped out again. There is a big meeting going on in HOH, started 8:55pm cams 3/4, discussing something Elissa did earlier. Craziness is happening. Elissa wants Aaryn out but the rest of the alliance doesn't. Elissa is talking to Kaitlin and telling everything she wasn't supposed to. What is wrong with her? Sounds like a house meeting happened.
Looks like it all started at 7:35pm cams 1/2 Elissa tells Kaitlin that people are flipping the vote. This leads to craziness still going on two hours later.
7:50pm all cams that's when the heads start exploding. Kaitlin point blank asks those in her secret alliance, GM, Spencer, Howard and Judd if they are in a secret alliance with them. Helen sits in silence thinking wtf are you doing Elissa? Your messing up our plan.
Going back to live and Elissa is talking to Howard and she is playing the victim yet again. She so does not understand this game and she should not be there, at all.
8:20pm cams 3/4 Helen and Andy are in the cockpit discussing what just happened and wondering the hell she is doing. Aaryn is in the small world room with Kaitlin and GM crying so I'll have to fb to that too. Helen and Andy are freaking out.
Okay Aaryn is crying because Elissa is messing up her game. She also thinks that they, whoever they are, are trying to turn the three widows against each other. They agree they won't turn on each other.
8:40pm cams 3/4 Elissa and Spencer go out to the hammock and Spencer tells her his only loyalty is to her, Helen and Howard. Cams flip back to Andy and Helen and Andy says she needs to be gutted. Back to Elissa and Spencer. Helen heads up to HOH and Helen tells McCranda that Elissa is nuts and needs to go. All these flashbacks are must watch.
Here's something interesting to think about. Once this vote happens on Thursday there will be twelve HGs left. If it goes the like it's planned right now Kaitlin will go home. The Knock Outs minus Elissa will vote her out. Votes for Aaryn to leave will be Elissa, Candice, Howard and Spencer. Howard and Spencer have already planned to pick up which ever two women are left so that's Aaryn and GM. With the KOs voting Kaitlin out Elissa will be POed and probably join the other side. It would be two perfect teams of six against each other. Elissa can't stand Aaryn though so I think Aaryn will go to the KOs and maybe GM will come to. Now depending on who wins HOH all this could change very quickly. That seems to be where it stands right now though.
I knew someone was bound to make that joke. I thought of the name "Coward" earlier for them but cowardice is good.
