ANDY WON POV!
It was definitely the POV poker - with the counting and such. Everyone is complimenting everyone else, while Spencer and Andy touch base again in one of the bedrooms.
Andy: I just wanted it! No worries.
Andy: I knew when I heard the theme I wanted to win..
Helen: It's classic Big Brother.
Andy: It is! Jessie was pretty awful at it.
Helen: Elissa did pretty good..
Helen: That woman singing? At the most inopportune times..
Spencer: She was singing that Annie song wasn't she?
Helen: I don't know..
The Havenots got to eat candy during the POV..
McCrae: It's like chicken and stuff, wish I could share..
Helen: I just had MnMs and candy - I'm good. I wanted to take more candy - there was a whole box of gobstoppers I would have loved.
There were brains and jewels and bandages and bats, and... Lots of fun stuff for the counting POV Poker. :)
Andy: Holy cow this has been the whirlwind week for me - I went from not winning anything... and now I'll probably be back to that next week.

Elissa: I'm so glad you didn't see the bats too! I was like bats?! Where are the bats?!
8:38 - General chitchat continues as they dissect the competition - I'll hang out in case something gameworthy happens - but until then, enjoy the feeds and the happy chitchat of excited houseguests!

Jessie: I just sucked at this competition so bad!
Aaryn: That was really really hard. I was surprised at how well everyone did.
GM: The fold thing was the hardest probably...
Took me three times to get it - but Skippy gave us a brief preview of the competition setup on cam one! VERY Brief...

Andy has been talking all week how he was going to make a big move if he got HOH. Well Andy, the time is right for that move.
Lessa I know what you mean about Amanda! She used to be one of my favorites but things have changed. I thought that was hilarious that she was sobbing because McCray didn't throw the competition so she could win.
Another funny thing, do you notice that Amanda is always on top and in charge when she and McCray are getting it on! I can't.believe that relationship is on for the long haul. lol. It's like sleeping with your mother!
Hm.. I've been pondering doing an entire thoughts on this season post... As I'm just not around much. *L*Maybe I will for one of these Sanity Sundays. :)
But - In short... Just like in every other season, sometimes I'm really disappointed, other times I'm thrilled.
On the rest:
From a gaming standpoint, I think Helen is playing a FANTASTIC game. Everyone thinks Amanda is running the house, and it's really Helen. If she gets to the final two, she deserves the win - hand down.
Amanda - she is far to abrasive. She's playing for second place at best, because she can't keep her mouth shut. She needs to listen to McCrae more, and quit treating him like ass.
McCrae - Love. Him. Have from the very fist moment. Would love him more without his anchorAmanda, but well. I think he's playing well, but would be better without her. He's too focused on calming her down to notice that Helen is running the joint.
Spenser - Thought I would like him. Most times I do. Some times I want to GibSmack him into behaving correctly.
Andy. Love. That's all. Just love.
Elyssa - Don't hate her as much as I hated Rachel, but I wanna GibSmack the ducklips right off her most of the time.
Jessie - Flipflopper and gonna pay the price for it. She tries too hard. Except for when she's not trying enough. Too young, too boycrazy, too insecure.
GinaMarie - Sigh. Just... sigh. Trying to be every single stereotype all at once.
Aaryn - I want to GibSmack her parents. And then her. And take every sheltered little pagent girl out of texas and rescue them before they grow up to be like her.
And I'm still sad about Judd. :(

Lessa I agree with every one of your assessments! I also loved McCray when I first say his video before they entered the house and have been pulling for him. If he would just secretly get Andy to put her up as replacement nominee (she did volunteer after all) and vote her out his game would improve dramatically. His mind is not on the game right now. Amanda is distracting him not in good way for his game.

If Helen makes it to the end she probably deserves to win, but there is still a lot of game and she can still be outplayed. I think people are more aware of her than they let on though. As numbers dwindle I dont see too many that want in the final 7
Lessa, your take on the HG's mirrors mine as well. The lip thing with Elissa must be physiological because her sister did the same exact thing. My wife would like to jump through the TV everytime she sees the duck lips. It is almost as entertaining watching her reaction as it is watching the show itself :)

You were totally in my head with your comments about Helen, Amanda and McCrae. Im so glad someone else feels Helen deserves props for her game. She and Amanda are the only ones playing it as far as im concerned and Helen doesnt strike me as malicious or anything other than focused on the 500,000 prize as much as one can be in the BB environment. The houseguests DONT have the intel that we do and I think shes doing a great job.
I dont personally like the way Amanda acts, nor a lot of what comes out of her mouth but If it wasnt for America she wouldve never been on the block as far as I can tell so shes also been doing something right. Not sure its gonna last much longer tho. Since im still rooting for McCrae I wont be too sad if shes backdoored or voted out bcos Im pretty sure HIS game will improve.
One of the reasons I dont get the live feeds is bcos I know enuf about people and how they act, to understand that theres no one I would want to watch 24/7. I dont think ive even bothered to tune in to BBAD more than 3x thus far. Watch anyone long enuf....they will work your nerves. And Id hate to start sounding like one of the houseguests im commenting on.....I think its good to be able to do what the houseguests cant....step away from the game.
So thanks to you and Carolyn for allowing me to keep track of things without diving into it headfirst!

I think at this point I'm rooting for Mccrae or Andy. I cannot stand anyone else. I'm hoping that Mccrae will wake up and smell the fruit loops when it comes to Amanda. Also, I think the producer at the Oxygen network should look into Ginamarie, she would make a perfect candidate for The Bad Girls club. Seems like she would fit in good with girls like that.

Just getting caught up for today. It's almost the witching hour which is the time I wake up no matter how much I stay awake in the daylight hours. How does GaYPyRe sound for a name? HA!

Aaryn blows smoke up Jessie's bum to keep her calm, for now. Telling her she's safe and talking about the future. Aaryn just got done talking to Andy so she's confirmed the real plan, for now, lots of time until Thursday.

Jessie is still the target, for now. Andy says he's loyal to McCrae, Helen, Amanda and Aaryn. He makes a throat cutting motion and says Elissa's name. Aaryn has joined the boys now.
9:43pm McCrae says "Amanda's all pissed off about it" Gee what's new with that. I guess she had a chance again and McCrae didn't let her win, again.

Amanda's talking to Elissa. She says that McCrae is in a bad mood. Sounds like another fun game, even without Candice there. Helen comes in to check on her real quick, like she does. On cams 3/4 GM is instructing the rest of the house, minus McCrae who is reading the Bible, in Hot Potato LOL Yes you read that right. Fun to watch. Back in the bathroom Elissa and Amanda are all pouty. Elissa says she doesn't want to go to jury. Talks about all the things she missing back home. Elissa really doesn't want to go to jury. She is basically saying she would leave the jury house and give the stipend back rather than waiting until finals. Hey if that happened we could get a vote. She should do that. Oh Amanda, Judd never broke his loyalty, you'll see. I hope you feel really bad when you find out too. Elissa says she'd be fine with third, she just doesn't want to go to the jury house.

Hot Potato continues, lots of laughing. For sure a watch if you want something fun to see. Go to 10:11pm to watch the hamsters do something that someone should've done to them a long time ago. Aaryn's been in DR for like a half hour. I forgot she even went.
10:19pm Elissa joins Hot Potato
10:22pm Amanda gets McCrae and they go up to HOH. Amanda takes over the HOH bed, you knew it would happen. Amanda tells McCrae about Elissa not wanting to go to jury house. McCrae says what I said earlier, if Elissa walks America gets to vote and that's fine with him. Their thinking that if America might vote someone back than Elissa should go now because she would get voted back in. Amanda says that if Judd came back she feels he'd want to still work with them. McCrae says not if Jessie goes and tells him everything. Elissa bashing, from both of them.
10:28pm cams 3/4 More fun downstairs. It's Simon Says time. GM is super quick and good at leading this.

Andy says "Spencer thinks the two of us are his closest allies" There are three of them in the room. This went right over Amanda's head. She's to busy talking a mile a minute to care about anything but the sound of her own voice.
Aaryn wasn't in DR that long, she just went straight to sleep after her DR session it seems, I just saw her in the HN room when Helen went looking for Elissa.
General chitchat about the POV comp and HN cooking downstairs so it's a good time to say Good Night.

Hi Lessa! Love your run down of the house!!! I concur. I do love Elissa though. Love how she goes rogue (2x). Love how she pretends to care what anyone (especially Helen) has to say, love how she still dislikes Aaryn for not owning her racists comments, etc. I could go on about how I find Elissa funny in this game... But, I won't.

I do not understand what is so glorious about McCrae. I mean, he wins the first HoH which put him in a good spot for The Moving Company. Then he betrays them when Amanda firmly has him under her spell. From there on out he has basically been bed ridden 16 hours a day. Amanda does all the dirty work, even if she is rude, crude and unglued.
McCrae berates her on this and he's some kind of guru for it. He says stuff about her in DR we all like to hear and then goes back to Amanda and tells her exactly what he said.
He sends his best friend to jury over paranoia from Amanda and others. He's not thinking for himself. He's being led by two women who run this game, while talking nice and being friends with everyone.
Now you might say that is an awesome game move and very smart of him. It's also the very definition of a floater...
Congrats to Janelle and her new son.
Here's to hoping Andy has a secret "backdoor Helen" plan ready for action that he's not sharing with anyone else. Sure would put him in a great place with the jury. Even Helen would recognize that as a major move and he'd get her vote. Then once she made her decision the rest of the jury would vote with her as per status quo.

I agree seVen. I'm not crazy about MCCrea either. I don't like what he says about Elissa either. Lately all he does is whine and sleep. Now he's not trusting Amanda. I would love to see him go next week. At least Helen is playing the game. I feel that Amanda, Andy and Aaryn are playing for MCCrea while he sleeps.
