The HGs thought they were going to have an early night tonight, in advance of the HoH comp. They were all in bed by 1:36am. I was so stunned...
I capped it for posterity sake.
Boy were they wrong! At 1:47am, Horn Noises began to sound on the live feeds.. At 1:48am BB came on the speakers to announce the lockdown was over. The HGs went excitedly outside to see what there was to see..
OK.. I'm getting to far ahead of myself.. Let's go in order. :) As of right now, the impossible seems very possible. It appears that Elissa will stay, with the help of the following votes: Judd, Jessie, Candice, Amanda, Andy and McCrae - who confirmed his vote at 11:09pm on Camera 2, if you'd like to check that out for yourself.

Hey Caro!! Excellent job...as usual...this year. We moved from TX to VT for equality so I am now an east coaster and I love having my BB bible to read first thing!
I was so bummed about not being cast bcuz timing in my life was perfect. But now, much like other friends of mine who have tried out, I am so relieved I'm not associated with this (mostly) vile collection of hg.
We are living on one income...with my wife's family...so feeds (or the time to watch them) is a no go and I love having you! THANK YOU for working so hard year after year!
I hope Elissa pulls this off. I'm not really a fan..but I always pull for the underdog and I absolutely loathe the moving company.
I was thinking before I went to sleep... Mccrae knows this game too well, it would be stupid for him not to vote out Nick. Its the perfect time to flip the targets on to Howard and Jeremy. I hope Nick goes for tv sake. Brigade season sucked!

Also, mcCrae is smart and is a true good guy. I think he realized that he was aligned with the axis of evil and is going out on a big limb voting out nick and changing his true alliance to the good side. I give him credit because while its easy to see in the outside, I bet its a scary leap of faith for him.

I have a terrible feeling that if something goes wrong it will be Candice's vote.
After all the advice she has had for the younger girls, once a man pays attention to her it seems she is just as naive.
However it ends, this is one of those shows where I have no idea what will happen-and I have a wedding rehearsal to go to. Ugh! I will be slipping into the bathroom to check my phone periodically.
Also, I wanted to say that Judd and McCrae are my heroes. Even if one of them feels there is no chance of Nick leaving and ends up changing their vote they have still shown their true colors.
Judd is not 'slow', he has his own mind and he will not be bullied or threatened.
McCrae has clearly put the girl above the boys. I don't think it has anything to do with being disloyal. I think it has everything to do with wanting to do the right thing.
Every single member of MC has complained about Jeremy. McCrae is the only one with the courage to make a break. The other 3 are content being Jeremy's minions while he is living like a king in the castle and barking out orders. Howard said McCrae needed to keep his woman under control because he is the man. I say 'Howard, Spencer, Nick (if you are still there) you guys need to man up and overthrow the evil dictator.'
Morning Dishers!! I am so hoping that McCrae votes out Nick, He seems to be the swing vote. It will be interesting to see his diary sessions to confirm he is actually switching alliances... I am still unsure..

Well Caro, I haven't said anything so far this season, but I need to say.. YOU ARE AMAZING! thank you again for being the best. We all appreciate it soo much, especially all of us Canadians who are lacking the feeds. I wish we could time travel back a few seasons when you could post videos, ohh well.. wish full thinking. I hope Elissa stays not because she is Rachel's sister (I do love Rachel) but because I want Aaryn and Jer out.

Does any one think that it would be smart for McCrae at this point to come clean with his involvement in the moving company? It would go a long way to show his true allegiance to the other side of the house and prove to them without a doubt that they do not have Howard and spencer.

Speaking as a survivor of a break in and rape (both men were sentenced to 3 back to back life sentences in Angola state prison for the break in and rape of myself and 7 other women in my city, all of us testifying at the grand jury..FYI...we all became targets because we ordered Dominoes pizza and the driver they hired had been out of prison less than a year serving a 10 year sentence for sexual assault..they do NOT do criminal background checks..just drivers license checks..ALWAYS ask if criminal backgrounds are checked before you EVER allow ANYONE to deliver to your home..you'd be surprised..:(

Jeremy makes me physically sick, even more so now! He's vulgar, arrogant, piggish, demeaning to all especially females, and when he gets out of that house he and his equivalent, Aaryn, will spend years doing damage control trying to convince everyone of what good and noble people they are! Too bad that integrity and character can't be faked! The best outcome...that it brings change to their soul, especially since they are so young!

I'm so happy they're figuring out MC! In the past, with the Brigade, people didn't figure it out and it made for a boring season! Love this cast (minus Jeremy and Aaryn...and sometimes GM).
Here's to hoping Aaryn and Jeremy are on the block next week. And won't that be such an awkward interview between Julie Chen and Aaryn???? I wonder if Julie will mention it.....or if Aaryn will get boo'ed by the audience!!

I am very glad to hear that the other HGs did not laugh at Jeremy when he made the rape joke and told him that it was too far. I wish BB had told him that threats of violence wouldn't be tolerated, even if he was joking. That was sickening to read, and I'm glad I wasn't watching the feeds when it happened.
I am not necessarily an Elissa fan, but I'm pulling for her, as I would LOVE to see Aaryn's face as she "loses" two weeks in a row. I'm so glad that the other HGs are coming to their senses and seeing that they could literally run the entire game, making HOH inconsequential, if they keep Elissa. "You won HOH? Oh well. We can nominate and evict whoever we want. Sorry 'bout 'cha!" As someone said, it is literally a ticket for them to all go to jury. Normally I don't like the predictable seasons (a la The Brigade), but it's worth it to see the good guys back on top while the racists/homophobes can't do anything about it.

Carolyn, you are a jewel. I watched the live feeds and got bored last night. Then when I was doing things around the house I put on BBAD and it was boring so I deleted it. Little did I know all the world would turn to unicorns and rainbows over night for the BB HGs. I am loving loving loving this and I want to thank you for all your dedication to this site for us. This is my secret summer addiction. lol
I have to say, you did a fab. job as is usual. Big Brother is changing it up this season! They are straying from their usual schedule of when certain comps. are played, but I like it!
I'm so happy it looks like (as of now) that Elissa is staying, she is a sweeter version of Rachel, and also has the staying power of Rachel to boot! Im glad they finally pulled together and are working against the 3 headed terror squad. :)

Sounds like quite a night. To much work today and tomorrow to watch much in fb. I'll be at work tonight too so won't be here for pre party and hopefully I'll get to see the show.
I think the power will shift tonight but only after Elissa has been voted out. I don't think the votes for her to stay are as secure as everyone on that side thinks. I guess we'll see but to me it still doesn't look good for her.

When I was watching last night I had things I wanted to mention but then I didn't write them down so now I don't remember quite exactly. The feeds were pretty boring for awhile. McCrae basically gave Amanda the oppurtunity to really dig into him about whether she should trust him and if he's hiding something, but she didn't prob because she doesn't want to know and be hurt. I think he really wants to tell her.
I was shocked when Jeremy made that joke and I was glad others told him it was too far. Although to keep in fair balance, Amanda made a gang rape joke. McCrae and her were lying in bed and it might have been after Andy came in. I don't remember how the joke came up or was said exactly but Amanda said they should be gang raped. Go out on the house with a BANG. I think she realized how bad her joke was because she changed it to every guy that gets evicted with get a 40 min "ride" from every girl in the house. It dropped off after that.
I went to bed right before all the fun happens. I guess I'm a little glad I did so that I didn't stay up til 5am! Haha. Can't wait to read more throughout the day. I hope if Andy wins HOH that he doesn't act kind of wimpy like he was before when the MC was bossing him around a little. I like Andy but I think I'd rather see Helen or Elissa win HOH.
I think most of what everyone has been memorizing all night/morning is misdirection. These contests are never that complicated. More likely to be something like, Did the slop barrels appear before or after the blue t-shirts. Could be fun to watch though.

Hi Carolyn, it's me again and i finally have my feeds back. I called CBS tech support, all i had to do was clear "ALL OF MY HISTORY" in google chrome. so if anyone else has this problem they can try this. I also want to thank you and kimcat again for trying to help me and my little ole problems. for you to take time away from watching the show on t.v, to do that says alot about you. you work hard and sacrifice your time to make sure everyone can enjoy Big Brother on the blog or the feeds. you have a great "fan base" and rightfully so. again thanks!

Just a reminder: For a variety of reasons, yesterday I posted: "And yet again, the Rabbit has been plucked from the Hat" as far as Elissa's not yet being *chopped.* (The capitalizing of the word "Hat," was a meager attempt at referencing "Hatgate.")

Howard keeps trying to intimidate Amanda by saying his name keeps coming out of her mouth and he can play this game alone. All I have heard from Spencer and Howard the last three days is "blah blah Amanda blah Amanda blah blah Amanda Amanda Amanda."
Howard says the more people talk the more it makes them look guilty. Howard is correct, so maybe he should just shut up.
This is a dumb game move by McCrae. Leaving a very strong alliance where he was probably last in the list of targets?
I'll enjoy watching it go down (if it does), but not a smart move by McCrae IMO.
Whew. FINALLY got through the 4-volume tome of TOR. My head is swimming, trying to gather all my thoughts as I read it. Never get 'em all, so here's one I'm stating, before reading any comments:
I want to Juddi train -- this guy is much more *aware* than any old Jedi is.

@Nicole: EXACTLY my very first thought when I read that. If you hear a man speak in way that demonstrates he thinks rape is funny and a joke, IN ANY WAY, you are looking at a woman-hater who probably isn't all that far from perpetrating a rape, and then saying, "Aw come on, ya know ya wanted it; look at me, you want summa this, ya know ya do." (Personally, when my skin starts to crawl, I know I'm looking at somebody I want absolutely no contact with.)
Spencer and Howard seem to be freaking out this morning. McCrae told them they do not have Amanda's vote so now they are scrambling. It is fun to watch. I am still not 100% sure myself about McCrae or Jesse.
Conclusion: BB fans (at least the ones who comment on BBDish) are a superb bunch o' peeps. Every comment I've read about Elissa says she is being supported as an underdog, and not because of Elissa herself. That is so cool, to recognize she hasn't had a chance to *prove* herself, and she's being mistreated because of an act of nature (being Rachel's sister) and a couple snotty-nosed kids (the always-lovely Jer and Aar). I knew there was a reason I devote my time 24/7 to THIS blog alone -- well, plus your side comments, Carolyn.

I am so nervous/psyched about tonights vote...it seems that things kinda sorta look good for Elissa but time will tell. It was very nice to see her finally be allowed to play and prepare for the game and not have to be worried about being slagged or bullied. Its still hard to determine whether she is a formidable player but I'm rooting for her to stay.
Maybe its just me but im having a very hard time reading where Howard is aligned. At some points it seems he's with MC and others he seems with Helen and co. So far i think Judd, Amanda, McCrae (!), Candice and Jessie seem to be on board to save Elissa with Howard kinda blurry. Nevertheless, tonights eviction and follow up HOH contest will be awesome!
--Side note, it was nice, aside from Jeremy's horrible rape remark, to finally have game talk and prep going on.

They were discussing all the racist and gay comments that were said in the house and how they felt about it. It's a good flashback. Sorry I don't know the time but it was early evening, around 8:00. It turned very funny also with Candice talking about what she would do if she won HOH. If only that girl wasn't so snowed by Howard!

I did see Spencer's mom post somewhere that she believes that Spencer is only talking the way he is to "get in with the group", and not because those are his true beliefs. I haven't seen/heard about ANYONE defending Aaryn or Jeremy. Am I missing something? Just wondering.

And I haven't had the chance to see a single episode this season either but that's because my cable and wifi was outta wack for awhile. Carolyn, I hope you don't find this out of line, but how do you do it? I mean you know and transcribe everything. Do you get time for yourself during BB season? When do you find time to sleep? Its really amazing what you do. I have only been a BB fan since season 10. I saw BBAD one night and it caught my attention. Then I watched the TV part and I was hooked. I have tried to follow a few other blogs before I found you and I found they were all full of hateful comments. And not enough information. So needless to say I found you and you are book marked on everything. BB fans are making my summer fly by with my husband being deployed.

Great job as always! As far as Brit is concerned....for some reason her first season remains prevalent in my mind. I do have a somewhat selective memory and cant usually recall anything that happened on BB from years past, unless a person cemented themselves in my mind as "love, love love or strongly dislike". Im pretty sure I just dismissed her from the start and not being a live feeder, just didnt have the opportunity to see as much change.
I think McCrae would be smart to leave his alliance behind so long as everyone stays on board with the votes, which would def happen if he came clean. That side of the house would, I believe retain control bcos they have the votes...even if one of the other side wins HH and nominates 2 of them, the MVP (hopefully) would nominate one of other side. At that point it would be 2 from each side unable to vote and the "good guys" would have the upper hand. And plenty of fodder to go thru before coming down to those that we hope are voting steady tonite. So long as Aaryn and Jeremy are taken out I can handle the rest. (Hope my calculations are correct).
Im already wondering if Spencer may be considering changing his vote to cover his behind bcos he seems to be pretty suspicious that the vote may not go down as planned. He and Howard should be smart enuf to realize that if McCrae is not on board and "controlling his woman" and the others may or may not do as they want...the alliance is going to be exposed. Its not like this game isnt based quite a bit on lying afterall. If youre doing it to someone it takes a big ego to assumme no ones doing it to you. Theres still too many people in the house to feel comfortable with being a dominating force. But I feel thats what you get for making an alliance 5 mins into the game and basing it on sex alone.
Right before the current fishers they were in the cockpit talking. I didntt get it all but the gist (sp?) Seemed to.be how they cld vote to keep Melissa without incurring the wrath of Jeremy and how they can recapture some of the trust they've lost (I'm guessing with the girls but I literally caught 5min before fishes. I'm sorry idk which can but it was sometime between 1:30 and 2pst and is probably worth flashing back to. I wish I knew how.) Also around that time, Amanda is straightening mccraes hair. Aaryn says something abt how she's doing it and Amanda tells her to, "go do your Barbie thing." She goes into kitchen then Spencer walk.over and starts talking about when he grew out his hair. Apparently he wanted to look like Thor (red curly hair. Its kind of lost on me) but he wound up looking like Benjamin Franklin. That was the funniest thing Amanda has ever heard him say and got big laughs. Simultaneously aaryn was in the kitchen andsomeone, I think Jesse was cleaning, and pulled her over then started very sneakily whispered something quick and serious in her ear. Try as I might I cld not make it out tho. My 15yr old says I'm deaf so maybe it's time for s whisper 2000, err whisper2013. I'm so excited for tonight. Its clear to me now that the DROID is no longer cutting it so if I come in under budget after sprucing up the mercedes I'm going straight to office max to get one. I no longer feel the need to buy the latest and greatest so $500 and 15min is all I need. Hell I might do it and blow the mercedes budget rofl

I agree that he's a woman hater & that comment was...no words. But I don't think that necessarily means he "isn't far from perpetrating," a rape. I think he's a narcissistic idiot who truly believes he's gods gitlft nif just to women, but to the world, & that everyone hangs on his every word, every word is worthy of being permanently recorded and that every "joke" he tries to make is the funniest thing in the world.
